Fryer Management Franchise, PuriFry, who specialise in cleaning and filtration of deep fat fryers continue to expand their operations in Ireland with their second Dublin Franchise Partner Fergal Toland.

Fergal of Stamullen, Co Dublin, has a background in the IT Industry working across Europe for Easy Jet and Aer Lingus, having taken a career break he decided to look into Franchising as a fast track way of being self-employed and successful. Commenting on his new business Fergal said: “Originally I was looking for something that I could both afford and had a reasonable chance of success, and PuriFry really stood out from the pack for its Unique Selling Point, they could actually save customers money, whilst providing them with a huge range of benefits, a win win situation.” On his experience to date Fergal continued “The training and support have been excellent, and although I have only been operational for 2 weeks the response from customers has been exceptional – for one customer we have been able to reduce their oil consumption by 360 ltrs a week! At up to €1.20 a ltr that is a huge saving for them, and nearly 20% of my targeted sales from just 1 contact! And now they are talking to me about the range of extra services we provide.”

Carey Baxter, Managing Director of PuriFry, said: “Fergal is an excellent addition to our Network as our newest Franchisee Partner in Dublin, he has shown the right mix of enthusiasm, work ethic and people skills to make a real success of the opportunity PuriFry presents. There are a huge number of businesses with catering facilities that can benefit from the PuriFry service, and we are looking forward to continue working with Fergal to help him exceed his goals, and buck the economic trend.”

PuriFry uses bespoke specialised filtration equipment to extract the oil at working temperature from deep fat fryers, thus avoiding expensive down time. It is then filtered, removing microscopic particles of food so you can actually see the oil change in colour, stored until the fryer is cleaned and returned for further extended use, removal of used oil is also part of the service giving customers the added benefit of Environmental improvements.
